We take privacy seriously.
This cohort is designed to be a space where you can think clearly, speak openly, and make meaningful progress — without concern about how your participation is used or shared.
Chatham House Rule applies
You’re free to use what you learn, but not to attribute comments or identity to others.
What you share stays here
We do not share personal experiences, discussions, or identifiable information outside the cohort without explicit consent.
You control your participation
You choose what to share and how deeply to engage.
Trust is foundational
This program depends on honest conversation. We ask all participants to respect each other’s privacy and presence.
Your Notion dashboard is private
Your personal board is only visible to you and the Waye team.
Sessions are shared spaces
Your participation in live sessions will be visible to other cohort members.
Video is encouraged
Being on camera supports engagement and connection.
You control what you share
You decide how much to contribute. Speaking up will help you get more out of the program, but it’s not required.
Attendance and participation visibility
Attendance will be shared with our partner organization (HRF) for coordination and reporting, but personal session content will not be shared.
Facilitators may take notes
Some sessions include guest facilitators who will be present and able to hear what is shared during those sessions, under the same privacy standards. Notes may be used to support the program and are not attributed or shared externally.
